The congress took place in the city of Nantes, France, on August 25–29, 2024 https://internoise2024.org/
The general topic was Noise and vibration control, combining academic research and industrial developments, and more specifically the following topics (through more than 130 sessions):
- Vibration & acoustical engineering science
- Industrial & transportation applications
- Material, architectural & environmental applications
- Human factors.
Five papers from the AAU laboratory were selected and presented over the 4 days, covering innovative and multisensory approaches to the study of soundscapes, noise mapping, digital methods and AI, psychological assessment of soundscapes:
