Franco-Egyptian Summer School : “Sustainable Soundscape: Towers and Courtyards in Dense Urban Form

The first Franco-Egyptian scientific collaboration between AAU-CRESSON and Department of Architecture, Urbanisme and Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Engineering – Ain Shams University in Cairo is a one-week summer school entitled « Sustainable Soundscapes: Towers and Courtyards in Urban Dense Form », tackling the sonic ambiances of eco-disctricts in Grenoble and Lyon. In this context, we have selected twenty-five Egyptian students to participate in this thematic school.

This first scientific event is organized by Noha Saïd Elghawaby , assistant professor at the Department of Urban Design and Urban Planning – Faculty of Engineering – Ain Shams University and associate researcher AAU-CRESSON, ENSA Grenoble.
